02 — Studio

We work at the quiet intersection of architecture, culture and long-term strategy.

UNO comes from the unknown — and from uno, the number one. We are an interdisciplinary practice uniting design, research and teaching, working from the Chengdu plain to the Tibetan plateau and beyond. Our work begins before the building and continues after it: strategy, planning, architecture, construction and operation as one continuous act of place-making.

A team educated at Columbia University, UCL and Tongji University — long-term partner to Shudao Group, Chengdu Cultural Tourism, SUNAC and China Railway Construction, with work published on ArchDaily, gooood and Archiposition.

05 — Next

Let's shape what's next.

We partner with cities, institutions and developers to imagine, plan and realise new cultural destinations — from first strategy to opening day. We'd be glad to begin a conversation.
