The Snowy Mountains Travel Express is Shudao Group’s strategic rail-plus-tourism programme for western Sichuan: hundreds of kilometres of mountain railway linking dozens of cultural-tourism towns and destinations, with total investment exceeding 50 billion RMB across the Du-Si and Jiu-Huang lines.
Working in close collaboration with Sichuan Rail Transit Investment, UNO provided full front-end services for the two lines and their station towns — establishing the development position of the programme, structuring investment and operating models, and translating the corridor’s resources into a chain of destination towns with coordinated spatial, industrial and land-use plans. The team also participates in joint development of selected projects, including the Dujiangyan TOD hub (70 mu) and the One Street District TOD phase two (195 mu).
