No.5 Binjiang Road occupies one of the last great river-bend sites in central Chengdu. The concept composes a slender tower and a stepped podium whose planted terraces cascade toward the water, extending the riverfront promenade upward through retail, work and hospitality levels.
The facade weaves a brick-scale grid with vertical gardens, giving the tower a woven, breathing surface against the sky. At grade, the podium dissolves into arcades and gardens so that the riverfront remains a continuous public ground.
